Thailand maintains a total ban on e-cigarettes, vapes, heated tobacco products, and all associated liquids and devices. This ban covers import, export, sale, possession, and use. Enforcement has increased significantly since 2023, particularly targeting tourists in popular areas.

Important Notes
This is a TOTAL ban — there are no exceptions for personal use or medical purposes
Heated tobacco products (IQOS, Ploom, glo) are equally prohibited
