พระราชบัญญัติการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม · B.E. 2518 (1975)
The Agricultural Land Reform Act B.E. 2518 (1975) created the Agricultural Land Reform Office (ALRO) and established Land Reform Areas where Sor Por Kor (SPK 4-01) title is issued to qualifying farmers. SPK title is non-transferable except by inheritance and cannot be mortgaged outside specific channels. Foreigners cannot acquire SPK land.
