พระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมการลงทุน · B.E. 2520 (1977)
The Investment Promotion Act B.E. 2520 (1977) authorises the Board of Investment (BOI) to grant promotional benefits to qualifying investments. Benefits include corporate income tax holidays, import-duty exemptions, foreign ownership and land-ownership allowances, and streamlined work permits. The Act is the principal vehicle for FDI in BOI-targeted activities and SEZ initiatives.
