Overview
The Anti-Money Laundering Act B.E. 2542 (1999) is Thailand's principal AML statute, administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO). The Act criminalises money laundering predicate to enumerated offences and imposes obligations on reporting entities (banks, brokers, real-estate agents, digital-asset operators, etc.) for CDD, STR, and CTR reporting.
