Overview
The Act on Establishment of Administrative Courts B.E. 2542 (1999) created the Thai administrative court system separate from the courts of justice. The Central Administrative Court and provincial Administrative Courts hear disputes involving state action; the Supreme Administrative Court is the final appeal. Proceedings use inquisitorial procedure.
