    What To Do

    ✓ Never pay upfront fees for employment — legitimate employers cover visa and work permit costs
    ✓ Verify the company exists on dbd.go.th
    ✓ Research the company on forums (Thai Visa, Reddit Thailand)
    ✓ Ask for a signed employment contract before traveling to Thailand
    ✓ Contact the Department of Employment if suspicious
