    Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992)

    Scope

    Independent regulator of Thailand's capital markets — securities issuance, listed-company disclosure, market intermediaries (brokers, dealers, advisers), mutual funds, derivatives, and from 2018 onwards digital-asset issuance and trading under the Royal Decree on Digital Asset Businesses B.E. 2561 (2018).
