    Enabling Act

    Reorganization of Ministry Act B.E. 2545; Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998); Foreign Working Act B.E. 2551 (2008)

    Scope

    Policy and enforcement of Thai labour law, work permits, social security, and labour-market services. Houses the Department of Employment, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Social Security Office, and Department of Skill Development.
