Total fee, payment schedule (milestone-based recommended), invoicing, withholding tax (3%).
Intellectual Property
Work product owned by client upon full payment. Freelancer retains pre-existing IP. Specify any exceptions.
Revision Rounds
Number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions billed at hourly/daily rate.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details confidential.
Termination & Kill Fee
Either party can terminate with notice. Specify payment for work completed before termination.
Warnings
Thai law requires 3% withholding tax on service payments — specify who bears this.
