Full name of the court (e.g., Criminal Court, Provincial Court), division, and filing address.
Case Number & Charge
Criminal case number, police report number, specific charges under the Criminal Code or relevant statute, and date of arrest.
Defendant Details
Full legal name, nationality, ID/passport number, age, occupation, and current place of detention.
Grounds for Bail — Flight Risk Assessment
Arguments demonstrating low flight risk: permanent residence in Thailand, family ties, employment, community connections, health conditions, and travel document status.

Evidence of stable employment, business ownership, family dependents, property ownership, length of residence in Thailand, and community involvement.
Proposed Surety
Type and amount of bail security offered: cash deposit (specify amount in THB), property deed (with Land Office valuation), bank guarantee, or government bond. Amount should be proportionate to the charge.
Conditions Offered

Warnings

Cash bail is refunded after the case concludes (regardless of verdict) minus any court fees.
