    Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of copyrighted works. Under Thai law, this offence is classified as a moderate offence within the category of IP Offences.

    Elements of the Offence

    For a conviction, the prosecution must prove all of the following elements beyond reasonable doubt:

    Reproduction or distribution without authorization

    Commercial purpose or substantial harm to owner

    4

    Copying of substantial portion of work
