Elements of the Offence
For a conviction, the prosecution must prove all of the following elements beyond reasonable doubt:
Damaging, destroying, altering, or adding to computer data
Data belongs to another person or entity
Done without authorization or lawful right
Resulting damage or obstruction

Up to 5 years imprisonment and/or fine up to 100,000 THB
