Elements of the Offence
For a conviction, the prosecution must prove all of the following elements beyond reasonable doubt:
Property derived from predicate offence
Transfer, conversion, or concealment of such property
Knowledge or reasonable grounds to know of illegal origin
Intent to conceal illegal origin or assist offender

Maximum Penalty
Up to 10 years imprisonment and/or fine up to 200,000 THB; forfeiture of assets
Actual sentences depend on factors including the severity of the conduct, harm caused, prior convictions, and mitigating circumstances. Courts have discretion to impose lesser sentences within the statutory range.
