Intellectual Property & International Trade Court
The Central Intellectual Property & International Trade Court (CIPITC / ศาลทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการค้าระหว่างประเทศกลาง) was established under the Act on Establishment of and Procedure for the IP and IT Court B.E. 2539 (1996). It has exclusive nationwide first-instance jurisdiction over IP disputes (Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Trade Secrets, Geographical Indication, Plant Varieties), and international trade matters (international carriage, international arbitration enforcement, customs disputes with international elements).
