Court of Appeal Region 1 (Bangkok)
Hears civil and criminal appeals from the Bangkok Civil Court, Bangkok Criminal Court, Bangkok Kwaeng Courts, and Provincial Courts within the Region 1 catchment (Pathum Thani, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Ayutthaya, Saraburi, and adjacent provinces). Reviews both questions of law and questions of fact under the Civil Procedure Code (Sections 223–243) and the Criminal Procedure Code (Sections 193–215).
