Central Labour Court
The Central Labour Court operates under the Act on Establishment of and Procedure for the Labour Court B.E. 2522 (1979). It hears disputes between employers and employees under the Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 (1998), Social Security Act, Workmen's Compensation Act, and related labour statutes — covering unfair dismissal, unpaid wages, severance, workplace injuries, and union / collective-bargaining matters. Provincial Labour Courts cover regions outside Bangkok.
