Central Administrative Court
The Central Administrative Court is the first-instance administrative court for Bangkok and central provinces under the Act on Establishment of Administrative Courts B.E. 2542 (1999). It reviews the legality of administrative acts, omissions, and administrative-contract disputes. The administrative court system is constitutionally separate from the courts of justice; cases use an inquisitorial procedure with active judicial fact-finding.
