    Constitutional Rights

    The Thai Constitution guarantees fundamental rights that apply to all condominium & foreign ownership proceedings:

    Right to equality before the law

    Right to due process of law

    Right to access the courts

    Right to be presumed innocent

    Right against self-incrimination

    Right to appeal court decisions

    Procedural Rights

    Right to Notice

    Right to Be Heard

    You have the right to present your case, call witnesses, submit evidence, and make arguments before any decision is made.

    Right to Representation

    Right to Translation

    Non-Thai speakers have the right to an interpreter during court proceedings. All official documents must be translated.
