Call emergency services: 1669 (ambulance), 191 (police), 1155 (Tourist Police)
DO NOT leave the scene — leaving is a criminal offence
Photograph vehicle positions before moving (if safe)
Photograph all vehicle damage (close-up and wide shots)
Photograph license plates of all vehicles involved
Photograph the other driver's license and insurance documents
Record a video of the entire accident scene
Exchange: names, phone numbers, license plates, insurance details
Get witness names and phone numbers
Wait for police and give your statement
Get a copy of the police report with case number
Contact your insurance company immediately
