    Concealing or transferring proceeds of crime to disguise their illegal origin. Under Thai law, this offence is classified as a severe offence within the category of Anti-Money Laundering.

    Elements of the Offence

    For a conviction, the prosecution must prove all of the following elements beyond reasonable doubt:

    Knowledge or reasonable grounds to know the illegal origin
